At Maison Ria, we kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present.

* Orders can only be returned at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.
* Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and no refunds or returns will be available.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, exclusively for the following reasons:

• Size exchange
• Defective or damaged items

• With all original tags and packaging included
