Refund & Exchange Policy

At Maison Ria, we kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present.

Refunds

* Orders can only be returned at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.
* Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and no refunds or returns will be available.

Exchanges

* Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for:
    * Size changes.
    * Defective or damaged items.
    * Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
