Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all items, provided the following conditions are met:

Customers must submit their request within 3 days of purchase, including proof of purchase or the order number.
Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and clean — with all tags attached.
Size exchanges are allowed, depending on availability of the requested size.
Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly, and you’ll receive an email update regarding its status shortly.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Processing time for returns or exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
Refunds are processed via Instapay, VF-Cash, or bank transfer.
Discounted items, including bundle offers, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
