Refund & Exchange Policy

At Maison Ria, we kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present.

Refunds

* Orders can only be returned at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.
* Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and no refunds or returns will be available.

Exchanges

* Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for:
* Size changes.
* Defective or damaged items.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

For exchange requests, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Orders arrive within 3-5 days

Shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on your location.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• With all original tags and packaging included
